1. What Scriptli Offers

Scriptli provides you with an AI-powered platform for transcribing Swiss dialects into Standard German. Because this service is fully automated using Artificial Intelligence (Gemini API), we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Texts are delivered "as is". Scriptli is not liable for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations in the generated text. The final review and responsibility for the accuracy of the text lie solely with you.

2. Your Obligations Upon Upload

You may only upload audio files for which you hold the requisite rights (copyright) or for which you have obtained express consent from all recorded individuals. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Scriptli does not infringe upon the personal rights or data protection regulations of third parties.

3. Payments and Credits

Scriptli utilizes a "Pay-as-you-go" model.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, any liability of Scriptli for direct or indirect damages (in particular consequential damages or lost profits) resulting from the use of the platform or erroneous transcriptions is excluded.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall exclusively apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Scriptli (Schinznach-Bad, AG) or your place of residence in Switzerland.
